Responsibilities
Service of food and beverage in the food and beverage outlets: banqueting/ restaurant and bars
Deal with payments for guests
Carry out set up duties
Carry out cleaning duties
Meet and greet guests on arrival Up sell of products and services
Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction in food and beverage Adhere to 4 star standards at all times throughout the department
The Candidate:
Excellent presentation,
Customer service and communication skills,
Possess a 'can-do' attitude and enjoy rising to the challenge
Excellent command of the English Language
Experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage.
Available midweek and weekends and flexible with working times and shifts
