Trainee Manager – Sligo

Salary: €32k – €35k
Our client is a leading player in the grocery retail market and has a proven track record in progressing employees through training programmes & courses. As Trainee Manager you will be tasked with leading teams, maintaining high standards across the store and assisting the senior management team towards reaching set goals.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Leading by example by providing excellent customer service
2. Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to
3. Delegating tasks to the team
4. Assisting the Management team in ensuring the successful day-to-day running of the store
5. Achieving KPIs & working towards targets
