**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled BIM Technician to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a range of multi-million euro projects, including commercial, residential and educational developments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Produce Revit models with output 2D GA and detailed drawings.
* Work closely with clients and design teams to deliver projects to a high standard.
A relevant third-level qualification in BIM is essential, along with experience within a large consultancy environment. A good understanding of construction protocols, excellent time management skills and strong interpersonal communication skills are also required.
The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure when required to achieve deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are necessary for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients alike.
To succeed in this position you should possess up-to-date knowledge of construction protocol as well as experience in developing structural designs from the feasibility stage through until detailed construction stage. Experience coordinating structural works would be beneficial as well as working effectively within multidisciplinary project environments.

1. Bachelor's degree or higher related field (Architecture Engineering Construction Project Management).
