Transformation Manager Position
The Tax Transformation Team is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformation Manager to lead our efforts in transforming the Tax practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformation, change management, and business analysis.
This role requires an ability to move between technology, transformation, comms and change management workstreams. You will be responsible for designing and delivering defined workstreams within broader transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with strategic prioritiesand timely delivery.- Collaborate with stakeholders across Tax, Finance, Technology, and other enabling functions to design and implement process improvements.- Support the development and execution of change management plans, including communications training,
layer engagement,- Present transformation plans to senior stakeholders as needed.
