BH Consulting
to find a high performing Sales Account Manager. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this is an exciting and rewarding sales role with the aim of acquiring new business opportunities and developing existing client accounts to help drive BHC's revenue growth and strategic account expansion. The success of the Sales Account Manager in these aims is key to the achievement of overall company sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
New Business
* Proactively prospect for new business and respond to inbound sales leads. While Accounts and leads will be provided this is also very much a business development role, targeting prospective business and new revenue opportunities
* Prepare proposals and quotations and manage the onboarding of new clients on our CRM
* Work with the Chief Commercial Officer to continuously develop and maintain new business sales plan within targeted markets
* Take initiative in identifying growth opportunities and work with Chief Commercial Officer on business development, mapping customer requirements to BH Consulting's services
* Create and maintain a sales pipeline of qualified opportunities to help achieve sales targets
* Maintaining an accurate pipeline on the company's CRM system, Hubspot
Account Management
* Retain and maintain existing customers, proactively looking for new business opportunities, ways of overcoming competitive threats and promoting and upselling services to increase share and revenue for each account
* Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with key decision makers of existing & new clients
* Act as a trusted advisor for clients, develop a thorough understanding of their business challenges and suggest upgrades or additional services where appropriate to meet their requirements
* Be directly responsible for the long-term client relationship, specifically managing re-negotiation of contracts, invoicing terms, packaged offerings, preferred rates, etc.
* Initiate account management meetings and touchpoints with client base, planning the frequency of the activities around account size and potential
* Achieve sales plan targets to work towards BH Consulting's annual revenue goals
* Ensure seamless handover to delivery teams for client and project success
* Collaborate with Operations Supervisor to resolve customer issues by sharing information and developing strategies to work towards a successful outcome
Experience
Ideally the candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a sales role, preferably selling IT Services or Professional Services. Experience of working with international clients in markets outside of Ireland (for example the UK), would be a plus. The candidate will have excellent English, good computer skills and be comfortable communicating with people in senior IT, compliance and management roles.
