Job Description
Currie & Brown is seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor to support our directors in delivering a high standard of service on various private and public sector projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing accurate cost advice, assisting project directors, maintaining effective communication, and ensuring efficient financial control.
* BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent qualification
* Membership of the Society of Chartered Surveyors (SCSI)
* A minimum of two years technical delivery experience
* Experience with Public Sector Procurement in Ireland relating to M&E Services
* Pre- and post-contract experience using PW-CF1 & 5 relating to M&E Services
* Good client-facing and communication skills;
familiarity with CostX software preferred but not essential.
