Job Title: Aseptic Operations Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Aseptic Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the site sterility assurance program, providing cross-functional technical support and development to the aseptic filling operations team, and mentoring supervisors to become SMEs in aseptic techniques and behaviours.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Liaise with cross-functional teams including Quality, Validation, and Engineering to ensure successful execution of media fills.
* Develop and implement comprehensive training programs covering aseptic filling techniques and behaviors.
* Maintain oversight of ongoing activities within your assigned area of responsibility.
