As a Learning Solutions Designer, you will collaborate with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to design and implement high-quality learning solutions. You will leverage your expertise in instructional design, adult learning principles, and eLearning technologies to create engaging and effective learning experiences that support organizational goals.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:

* Instructional Design:
o Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze learning needs and translate them into instructional materials, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training content, virtual instructor-led training, job aids, and assessments.
o Develop learning objectives, course outlines, storyboards, and scripts that align with organizational goals.
o Utilize instructional design models and adult learning theories to create engaging, learner-centered content.
o Develop performance assessments, quizzes, and evaluations to measure learner success and identify areas for improvement.
o Work closely with Learning Solutions Developers to create interactive, multimedia-rich eLearning courses.
* Project Management:
o Manage multiple instructional design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables are of high quality.
o Communicate project status, challenges, and successes to the team and other stakeholders.
* Quality Assurance & Evaluation:
o Conduct quality reviews of training materials and eLearning content to ensure accuracy, engagement, and alignment with learning objectives.
o Implement feedback from stakeholders and learners to refine and improve course content.
o Analyze training effectiveness using metrics such as learner satisfaction, knowledge retention, and performance improvement.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from a four-year college or university and 2 to 5 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 3+ years of experience in instructional design, preferably in a corporate environment.
* Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and eLearning best practices.
* Ability to translate complex information into engaging, learner-friendly content.
* Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
