Role OverviewResponsible for processing all damages requiring Bodyshop assessment and repair, ensuring vehicle downtime aligns with KPIs.
Maintain no more than 2% of the Dublin fleet in Bodyshop at any time.
Key ResponsibilitiesTake images of damaged vehicles for damage packsUpload damage packs to shared drivesPerform quality checks on vehicles returning from repairsNotify Workshop Manager of QC outcomesManage and monitor vehicles in BodyshopManage damage packs and documentationAct as point of contact for Service Department and other departmentsProvide training support to satellite branchesLiaise with Asset Department for vehicle movementsEnsure timely job card creation and updatesUpdate customers on repair progressHandle correspondenceCommunicate daily with external BodyshopConduct fleet audit reportsPerform filingThis list is not exhaustive; flexibility is required.
Person SpecificationLeaving Certificate including Maths & English or equivalentBasic vehicle panel and maintenance knowledgeExperience in a Bodyshop, warranty, or workshop environmentProven customer service skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to work under pressureProficient in Microsoft OfficeOrganized and self-motivatedEnthusiastic with a can-do attitudeTeam player adaptable to changeExperience in vehicle rental or motor industry desirableBody shop or warranty experience preferredWhat we offer: Salary €30,000 DOE per annum pro-rata, plus:
