Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Role
This role offers a challenging opportunity to provide specialist assessment and treatment of mental illnesses in individuals under the age of 18 years.
As part of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in child and adolescent psychiatry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of children and adolescents to identify mental health issues.
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
* Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of all clinical contacts.
Requirements:
* Eligibility for registration with the Medical Council of Ireland as a Specialist Registrar in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
* Substantial experience in child and adolescent psychiatry.
* Excellent English language proficiency.
* Ability to relocate to Ireland and possess a valid driving license.
