We’re partnering with a market-leading, employee-owned security systems integrator to find an exceptional Business Development Manager to join their expanding sales team.
With a strong reputation in the enterprise security market — working across data centres, pharma, manufacturing, real estate, and technology sectors — this company has quickly become one of Ireland’s top three players. Their growth speaks for itself: multi-million euro in annual turnover and a team of 60+ dedicated professionals.
🔑 The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving new business growth and managing key client relationships within the enterprise sector.
You’ll join a high-performing sales team, reportto the Sales Directorand collaborate closely with senior leadership to expand the company’s footprint across Ireland.
Your day-to-day will include:
Identifying and developing new opportunities in access control, CCTV, and integrated security systems.
Building strong, consultative relationships with new and existing clients across multiple sectors.
Managing your sales pipeline from prospecting to close, ensuring a consistent flow of quality opportunities.
Working closely with the engineering and project delivery teams to ensure seamless handovers and client satisfaction.
Contributing to the continued success of a growing, employee-owned business that values innovation, autonomy, and teamwork.
🎯 What You’ll Bring
Proven sales experience in security systems integration, ideally with a focus on access control
A technical understanding of integrated security systems — ex-engineers or project managers who’ve moved into sales have thrived with our client.
A self-starter mindset with the ability to generate leads, manage your own territory, and close complex deals.
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
€60,000 base salary (DOE)
