About This Role As a pivotal member of the Site Leadership Team, you will oversee engineering and facilities operations supporting manufacturing, laboratory, office, and site infrastructure. Leading a dedicated team of approximately 20 professionals, you will manage the execution of small capital projects and represent the site in larger endeavours.
Your role encompasses overseeing manufacturing engineering, facilities engineering, maintenance calibration site Automation various site services ensuring compliance with corporate policies c GMP EHS regulations fostering culture safety compliance. Your leadership drives innovation digital transformation across the site maintaining high-performing diverse inclusive team.
This position requires working on-site for 5 days per week Supervise direct teams planning executing activities Monitor department performance staff alignment strategic goals Ensure comply policy regulation promoting safety-focused mindset Manage equipment design installation commissioning qualification ensure compliant processes Oversee automation support technology transfer Forecast manage repairs maintenance as well as capital expense budgets Identify implement system improvements upgrades Provide leadership functions ensuring coverage utilities Conduct talent reviews succession plans develop future leaders Drive strategic priorities fostering culture innovation
