We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Void Works Estimator to join our team in Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or further their early career in property maintenance and gain hands-on experience in a supportive environment.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a candidate who is eager to learn and develop within social housing maintenance.
You will work closely with experienced professionals and receive full training in the use of the NHF Schedule of Rates, a key aspect of the role. In addition to scoping void works, you will also support general office administration tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Learn and use NHF Schedule of Rates (full training provided)
* Quantify, code and cost jobs using Schedule of Rates
* Collaborate with the wider team including Site Managers to ensure smooth delivery of works
* Teams meetings with clients regarding cost queries
* Office administration duties
