**Job Title**:Test Technician**Reporting To:**Team Lead, PCB Test Technician**Work Schedule:**Onsite – Carrigaline, IE**The Job – Key Requirements:*** Use schematics, layout drawings, assembly drawings, procedures and specifications to set up and test Moog products.
* Use a variety of test equipment such as Digital Multi-Meter's, Power Supplies, Oscilloscopes, Function Generators, ESS Chambers and vibration tables for test and troubleshooting.
* Strong knowledge of electronics components and circuitry, (analogue, digital, power) to test and debug a variety of Electronic PCB Assemblies and Systems consisting of passive components to FPGA's and microprocessors.
* Test and debug of electronic motor controllers according to established procedures.
* Perform failure analysis for production and returned assemblies and systems and provide feedback to support teams for process improvements.
• Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to troubleshoot issues and develop solutions.
**Summary of Function and Specific Responsibilities:**The role reports to the PCB Production Supervisor and supports production activities as required.
**Other responsibilities include:*** Assist in Technician Training, knowledge sharing and Product familiarisation.
* Completion of all necessary test related documentation including yield reporting and non-conformance Data.
Maintain accurate records of test results and other production-related documentation.
* Adherence to all necessary requirements relating to Personal tool maintenance, Antistatic precautions, FOD, Safety and Housekeeping**General Requirements:*** Applicants should possess a minimum level 6 qualification in Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
* Applicants should have at least two years of experience, preferably in an ISO9001 or equivalent regulated environment.
