Job Description
The Office Support Specialist will provide administrative support to senior management and other staff as needed. This includes scheduling maintenance calls, coordinating customer call outs, managing orders and invoices, assisting with accounting, budgeting and bookkeeping tasks, and performing other accounting and administrative duties.
This role requires a highly organized individual who can multitask and work well under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, as well as familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Responsibilities may also include:
* Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
* Managing email accounts and responding to inquiries
* Coordinating travel arrangements and itineraries
* Preparing reports and presentations
* Performing data entry and record-keeping tasks
In addition to administrative support, the Office Support Specialist will also provide assistance with special projects and events as needed.
