Our client are seeking a Senior Hydrologist and Hydraulic Modeller to join their team as a valued member of a proficient, multidisciplinary team boasting extensive experience and expertise spanning various technical domains.
Your role will include: focusing on flood alleviation schemes, sustainable flood risk management planning, river restoration strategies, catchment pressure assessments, and climate change adaptation strategies for bridges, highways, roads, public transport, and greenways in Ireland and the UK.

Job Requirements:
Eight or more years of relevant experience
Honours degree in civil/environmental engineering (Level 8 in the National Framework of Qualifications or equivalent)
Experience with hydrological estimation methodologies
Experience in strategic flood risk assessment
Experience in site-specific flood risk assessment
Proficiency in 1D-2D flood modelling (rivers and watercourses) and ICM
