This is a remote, commission-only gig—perfect for those who hustle hard, love freedom, and want serious earning potential. No micromanaging. No office drama. Just results, rewards, and your rules.
Our Commission = Sweet RewardsOur Staircase Commission Model is designed to grow with you:
* ???? 25% on sales up to €500,000
* ???? 20% on sales between €500,001 – €2,000,000
* ???? 15% on sales over €2,000,000
The more you close, the more you earn. Simple. Transparent. Generous.
* What You’ll DoBe the face of our brands—pitch, promote, and close deals with awesome clients
* Find new leads, spark conversations, and turn interest into income
* Create killer proposals, lead negotiations, and seal the deal
* Build long-term relationships so clients come back for more
* Report on your sales journey (we love good stories and data!)
* What You BringA solid track record in sales, marketing, or business development
* Charisma, confidence, and the ability to make people say “yes!”
* Killer communication and negotiation skills
* A self-starter vibe—you manage your time and own your success
* Fluent English (bonus points if you speak other languages too!)
* Experience with digital services? Even better
* Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing is cool but not a dealbreaker
* 4+ years in sales/marketing means you’re already a pro
