As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for leading complex engineering projects and mentoring a team of talented engineers. This is an opportunity to drive innovation, lead impactful change, and grow alongside an exceptional team.
The role involves leading process improvement initiatives that deliver measurable operational success, championing manufacturing excellence through robust engineering solutions, and bringing strategic vision to the organization.
You will work closely with operations, maintenance, quality, and other teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Additionally, you will mentor, guide, and develop a team of two engineers while managing their priorities and project portfolios.
This role requires someone who combines deep technical expertise with leadership skills to move people and processes forward.
Key qualifications include:
* Engineering qualification: Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
* Proven experience: 7+ years in a similar GMP or highly regulated manufacturing environment
* Project leadership: Strong background in project management, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement
* Effective communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Lean & GMP knowledge: Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing or GMP environments is a strong advantage, alongside proficiency in Lean tools
* People leadership: Ideally, experience managing or coaching engineers and coordinating work across multiple simultaneous projects
