What You'll Be Doing:
* Crafting high-quality pizzas using a traditional wood-fired oven
* Ensuring every dish meets our high standards of taste and presentation
* Staying on top of kitchen hygiene & HACCP standards
* Prepping fresh ingredients and keeping the kitchen running smoothly during busy hours
* Collaborating with a close-knit kitchen team that works hard and has fun doing it
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience as a chef – wood-fired experience as well as tapas is a big plus
* HACCP certified with a strong understanding of food safety
* Fast, focused, and cool under pressure
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Reliable, motivated, and passionate about great food
