**Personal Lines Account Executive Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Handler to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in home and motor insurance, with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling renewals for home and motor insurance policies, issuing renewal documents and quotations, and assisting with new business quotes and sales. They will also be involved in claims handling and will have a strong focus on providing excellent customer service.
To be considered for this role, you must hold at least an APA designation in Personal and General Insurance and have at least 1 year's experience within an insurer or broker. Key skills include good IT skills, strong organisational skills, and extensive presentation and communication skills.
