Project Quality Manager Job Overview:
Job Description
* Reporting to the Project Director, this role is responsible for overseeing Construction Quality Management on designated projects.
* Develop and manage the implementation of the Project’s Construction Quality Management Program in accordance with client requirements.
* Ensure alignment between the Client's Construction Quality Assurance Program and this Program.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage Contractors and Sub-Contractors to ensure BIM Issues and Construction Non-Conformance Reports are logged, distributed, tracked, and monitored.
2. Conduct Failure Investigations, including Root Cause Analysis, to identify corrective actions.
3. Champion Lean Construction processes and waste elimination due to rework.
Requirements:
* Experience operating at a Quality Manager level or ability to step up into that role.
* Able to communicate effectively and work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
* Experience working on complex projects is essential.
