The role of a Product Specialist is to support sales and market objectives by promoting products to Key Opinion Leaders and Large Hospital Groups across the Territory.
During a 12-week in-hospital observational training, you will shadow an experienced Territory Manager who will provide clinical support for cases.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Providing customers with technical advice and guidance on the safe and effective use of products and surgical techniques
* Engaging with both existing and new Healthcare Professionals to develop robust sales opportunity pipelines and advise on appropriate sales leads
* Maintaining up-to-date records of customer activity on the company's CRM system, including information on customer usage, purchasing protocols and relevant competitor activity, working jointly with the appropriate Territory Manager/Sales Lead
* In addition to customer-facing activities, you will also support the development of product and procedure knowledge within the sales team. This may involve teaching in a theatre setting, classroom instruction, or participation in our Induction Training Programme
You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers and providing them with high-quality support and service.
