Head of Operations
to join the leadership team.
The Role
This is a pivotal senior role responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all internal operations.
Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the successful candidate will lead on IT and digital infrastructure, administration, governance, compliance, and event/vendor management, while also playing a key role in shaping and delivering strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organisational goals.
Lead and enhance IT, digital systems, and data management (CRM, websites, collaboration tools).
Oversee compliance, governance, and the preparation of committee and annual reports.
Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and event partners.
Support the delivery of high-quality member services and communications.
Drive process improvement, digital transformation, and adoption of data-driven practices.
Lead key projects in collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders.
About You
Proven track record in a senior operational role, ideally within a member-based or professional body.
Strong experience managing IT systems, data, and CRM platforms.
Skilled in governance support and production of formal reports.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
Adept at project management, vendor management, and problem-solving.
A systems thinker who thrives on driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
