At Desi Bites, we take pride in our dedicated team and their expertise in delivering top-notch service and authentic flavors.Role Description• Preparing and cooking authentic Indian cuisine to a high standard• Assisting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations• Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards• Supervising and supporting junior kitchen staff when required• Managing stock levels and assisting with inventory control• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchenRequirements• Minimum 2 years' relevant experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role• Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking techniques• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment• Strong teamwork and ability to manage the kitchen•Creativity in menu development and willingness to experiment with new recipesTerms & Conditions• Annual Salary: €37,000 gross• Hours: 39 hours per week• Employment Type: Full-time, permanentQualificationsMinimum Qualification : No Qualification OR Experience or relevant educationAbility Skills : Catering, Creativity, HospitalityCompetency Skills : Flexibility, TeamworkAdditional Skills : Any Additional Skills
