Job Description
This Work Placement Experience Programme provides participants with meaningful work experience, learning, and training while on the programme. It is available for jobseekers receiving qualifying social welfare payments or transferring from a social welfare scheme or an ETB Training Allowance. Eligibility will be verified by the Department as part of the application process.
Responsibilities
All administrative tasks: answering phone lines, emails, post, scanning, document handling, preparing legal documentation.
Support high tech process driven law practice.
Learn to use a Client Management System and commercial scanning machines.
Collaborate with team members and work efficiently within a team.
Training & Development
The placement is a training and work experience opportunity. No prior experience is required. Accredited and/or sector recognized training will be provided, including:
Formal training: in house computer systems, conveyancing and all aspects of property law, administration.
Informal training: communication and interpersonal skills, customer service, interaction with clients and staff, prioritising workload and deadlines.

Willingness to acquire administrative and conveyancing skills.
Good communication and organisational skills.
