About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Inside Sales Executive to join our team in Cork, Ireland. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing inbound leads and guiding new and growing businesses through the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage inbound leads and guide new and growing businesses through the onboarding process.
* Build a qualified sales pipeline using Salesforce and drive prospects through the full sales cycle.
* Host virtual product demos and consult clients on solutions that meet their business goals.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to route relevant leads and ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Fluency in French and English (both spoken and written).
* Previous experience in sales or business development (minimum 1 year preferred).
* Confidence in holding consultative conversations with stakeholders across all levels.
* A genuine passion for technology and fintech solutions.
* Strong presentation and communication skills (virtual demos experience is a bonus).
* Proficiency in tools like Salesforce, CRMs, or other pipeline management platforms.
