The Catering Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily catering operations, ensuring high standards of food service, hygiene, and customer care.
This role involves leading a small team, supporting service delivery, and maintaining compliance with company and food safety standards.
The Duties: * Supervise day-to-day catering operations and service delivery * Lead, motivate, and support catering staff during service periods * Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control standards are maintained * Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control * Ensure full compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and food hygiene regulations * Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently * Support staff training and onboarding of new team members * Assist management with rota planning and operational reporting The Must Requirements to Be Considered: * Must have experience in hospitality or catering environments * Must have experience in a similar supervisory role or be ready to step forward in their career * Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland * Visa and relocation packages are not provided The Salary & Benefits: * Salary: €35,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) * Opportunities for career progression within the company * Access to professional development and training programmes * A dynamic and supportive working environment * Monday to Friday working pattern (7:00am - 3:00pm), offering excellent work-life balance
