As an Intern, HR Technology; you will gain hands on experience in shaping and supporting a world class digital employee experience for our people.
Your role will involve working closely with our People Analytics Center of excellence (COE) to deliver improvements across our current technology stack (Workday & Tableau), while also exploring and supporting the evolution on new technologies and modules for this COE group.
Utilizing your business analyst expertise, you will help identify, design & deliver workforce technology solutions, collaborating with our IT partners to ensure they are delivered efficiency and effectively.
Job Duties:
* Together, with your team leader and buddy, consult with COE to identify challenges, gather & document business requirements.
* Conduct root cause analysis, understanding system and reporting behavior to help inform requirements for change.
* Provide support to project meetings, helping to create project plans and ensuring key milestones are achieved.
* Collaborate closely with IT partners to identify business questions and design solutions using data storytelling and visualization.
* Conduct User Acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring solution functions as expected and is ready for final release.
* Support change management activities, collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure solution understanding and adoption.
* Proactively understand and leverage data to identify further opportunities for improvement.
Job Requirements:
* Enrolled in a Bachelor's degree related to Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
* Business analyst capabilities (agile working, process design expertise, data analysis, critical thinking, problem solving, stakeholder communication, etc.)
* Ability to troubleshoot and communicate complex details and data into consumable insights and recommendations.
* Process improvement mindset, passion for data-driven decision making.
