Due to continued expansion within their tax division, they are seeking to appoint a Tax Consultancy Manager to join their high-performing team in Cork.

Qualified CTA professional.
Accounting qualification desirable but not essential.
2–3+ years’ post-qualification experience in tax consultancy and advisory services.
Strong technical knowledge across multiple tax disciplines.
Experience managing or mentoring junior professionals.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management and project management skills.
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting into the leadership team within the Tax Department, this position will play a key role in delivering consultancy services while supporting the growth and development of the wider team.
Tax Advisory – Provide high-quality tax consultancy and advisory services to a diverse client base.
Tax Planning – Develop and implement effective tax planning strategies tailored to client requirements.
Client Engagement – Prepare and present tax planning reports and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
Technical Research – Conduct tax research and remain up to date with legislative and regulatory developments.
Business Partnering – Work closely with internal departments and external advisors to deliver comprehensive solutions.
Team Leadership – Train, mentor and review the work of junior team members.
Project Management – Manage consultancy assignments ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
Business Development – Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to the growth of the tax practice.
