The Role

The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading an office-based sales team across Ireland. The successful candidate will oversee pipeline performance, lead generation strategy, and sales reporting while fostering a high-performing and motivated team culture.

A strong emphasis is placed on structured reporting, process management, and alignment with business targets.

* Manage and support a national sales team to deliver against ambitious revenue targets.

* Develop and maintain detailed sales reports and pipeline updates for the General Manager.

* Identify and implement improvements in the sales process to drive efficiency and conversion.

* Coordinate closely with marketing on lead generation activities and campaign outcomes.
">
* Set and monitor KPIs for individual team members; provide coaching and performance feedback.
">
* Ensure full and effective use of the CRM system for pipeline visibility and performance tracking.

* Instil a customer-first mindset across the team, ensuring a consistently high-quality experience.

* Contribute to the commercial strategy and assist with budgeting and planning cycles.

* Conduct regular training, team meetings, and field visits to support performance and engagement.

Candidate Profile

">

A relevant degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline is required. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in a B2C setting.

Demonstrated success in managing and developing a geographically dispersed sales team.

">

Strong understanding of the full sales cycle, including closing strategies and pipeline management.

">

Proven ability to analyze trends, interpret data, and produce actionable insights.

Confident communicator with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership.

Hands-on experience with CRM systems and reporting tools.

">

Commercially driven, with the ability to align team performance to wider business objectives.

Flexible and comfortable with national travel when required.
