This dual-role position combines general administrative duties with storekeeping responsibilities, ensuring smooth office operations and effective stock control.

Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
* General office administration (filing, photocopying, scanning, managing office supplies)
* Data entry and document control
* Assisting with reports and correspondence
* Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments
* Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming and outgoing stock
* Monitoring stock levels and maintaining inventory records
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role within a busy office
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Clean driving licence
* Must be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
