Finance Director (12-Month Maternity Cover) Location: Dublin City Centre (Hybrid, 2 days in office) Our client, an international business experiencing rapid growth in the consumer health sector, is seeking an Interim Finance Director to cover a 12-month maternity leave.
This is a hands-on role with direct board exposure, offering the opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and oversee fundraising, compliance, and financial leadership during a pivotal stage of expansion.

Your Role Lead and mentor a finance team of three, supporting their development across FP&A, treasury, and VAT.
Oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Manage forecasting, financial modelling, and analysis, providing insight and challenge to senior leadership to support decision-making.
Take ownership of treasury and cash flow management.
Lead on upcoming fundraising activities, including investor due diligence, financial planning, and board reporting.
Oversee VAT and tax compliance across multiple entities and jurisdictions.
Support the implementation of a new ERP system.
Your Skills Qualified accountant with proven experience as a Finance Director, CFO, or senior finance leader in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
Strong skills in FP&A and financial modelling, with advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
Track record of leading fundraising processes and managing investor relations.
Board-level experience with strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Knowledge of VAT and international tax in multi-entity structures.
Background in e-commerce, consumer, or regulated industries advantageous.
