Based in Dublin, it employs circa 3,500 professionals across diverse geographies, providing innovative healthcare solutions through its Supply Chain and retail, Medical Technology, and Pharmaceutical divisions. Seeking an experienced HR Director who drives ambitious growth and transformation strategies, the successful appointee will lead one of these divisions to its full potential.
The Role
* Lead the People Agenda: Drive this organisation's HR strategy and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture across all geographies.

* Irish legislation: Demonstrated experience in managing complex employment law cases.
* HR Transformation: Demonstrated success in implementing HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and leading transformation journeys.
* M&A Integration: Hands-on experience with TUPE, cultural alignment, and post-merger integration.
* Commercial Acumen: Aligns HR strategies with measurable business outcomes to drive growth.
