One of Ireland's largest financial companies with over 200 locations nationwide, which provides a diverse range of services in banking, financial and related services, is currently seeking a Branch Advisor to work within a busy branch located in Monaghan.
Your new role
1. Greeting and engaging with customers on the banking hall floor – enquiring as to their needs
2. Guiding customers to the appropriate self-service options – mobile app, internet banking and kiosks. Directing to Teller/Customer Service if required
3. Handling basic queries and complaints – directing to senior staff as required
4. Engaging with customers using iPads, updating customer information and sales needs
5. Identifying sales opportunities, handing over to suitable staff as required
6. Cash handling – processing and managing cash and cheque lodgements at Teller as required. Responsible for balancing cash at the end of the day and managing levels throughout the day.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Customer Service experience, high standard of service and demonstrated awareness of the importance of the same.
8. Resilient and hard-working – busy work environment.
9. Good communication and interpersonal skills – ability to work as part of a team in a busy branch.
10. An ability to adapt to new technologies, using our digital platforms to enable customers to self-serve.
