We’re looking for aData/BI Analystto support a major digital transformation programme within a national regulatory organisation. This role sits within the technology and business services function and focuses on improving data quality, integrating complex datasets and delivering analytics that support regulatory insight, operational efficiency and strategic decision-making.The roleAnalyse, transform and interpret data from multiple enterprise systems to generate actionable insightsBuild dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and related toolsWork closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutionsSupport improvements in data quality, governance and data management practicesDevelop queries, reports and analytics to support operational and strategic decisionsContribute to data migration, integration and interoperability initiativesSupport the evaluation and pilot of advanced analytics and predictive technologiesProvide technical data support and collaborate with teams across the organisationExperience3+ years’ experience in a data analytics or business intelligence roleStrong SQL skills and experience working with enterprise databasesHands-on experience withPower BIExperience working with widerPower PlatformExperience extracting, integrating and analysing large datasetsUnderstanding of data governance, data quality and data management practicesExperience supporting data migration or integration projectsStrong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teamsExposure to Python, R or advanced analytics tools is advantageous
