Project Engineering Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our team.
* This role will involve managing and implementing major engineering projects associated with the assembly of finished product, including new product development, build, test, commissioning, validation activities (IQ/OQ/PQ), and RCE documentation as required.
* The successful candidate will drive activities at equipment suppliers to ensure production start-up through to scale up to increased volumes are achieved per requirements.
* The position provides technical leadership and project management for a team.
* The successful candidate will lead and participate in design, planning, introduction, and sustaining of automated manufacturing lines.
* The role ensures that projects meet quality requirements of all key internal stakeholders while also being the key contact for site operations to ensure adherence to required policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage multiple novel product and process development projects which compliment a culture of continuous improvement.
* Drive activities at the equipment supplier(s) to ensure that production start-up through to scale up is achieved.
* Provide technical leadership and project management for a team.
* Lead and participates in design, planning, introduction, and sustaining of automated manufacturing lines.
* Ensure project meets quality requirements of all key internal stakeholders while being the key contact for site operations.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Experience in managing and implementing major engineering projects.
* Technical knowledge of product development and manufacturing processes.
* Strong communication and project management skills.
* Able to lead and participate in design, planning, introduction, and sustaining of automated manufacturing lines.
* Knowledge of quality management systems and regulations.
