Procurement Manager Position
The role of the Procurement Manager is to oversee the purchasing and inventory management functions for a manufacturing operation.
* Develop and implement strategies to optimize supply processes, improve procurement performance, and support timely replenishment of raw materials and indirect products/services.
* Maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field required. Minimum 5 years experience managing an inventory planning or buying function in a high-volume environment. Strong leadership skills, ability to build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. Skilled in system utilization for clear decision-making. Experience working with cross-functional operations within multi-site manufacturing organization preferred.
