Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver impactful training programs across all departments to drive a culture of continuous learning and empower teams to excel in efficiency, operations, and colleague satisfaction.
* Develop a comprehensive Learning and Development strategic plan to support the execution of our overall business strategy.
* Plan and execute the rollout of our new LMS system to digitalize all training and learning records across all sites.
* Create a strategic plan to roll out and embed our newly defined Leadership Principles.
Requirements
* Bachelor degree in HRM, psychology, education, business, or related field.
* 5+ years relevant experience in a similar Learning and Development role.
* Demonstrate affinity with employee learning and learning technologies.
* Able to design and produce relevant training materials including e-learning courses.
* Familiarity with e-learning platforms.
