Job Title: Chef de Partie
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in Co. Wexford.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own section within the kitchen, ensuring consistent food quality and smooth service. Key responsibilities include preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard; maintaining strict quality control for taste, portioning, and presentation; supporting menu execution across restaurant, banqueting, and room service operations; supervising junior staff members; maintaining stock levels; minimizing waste whilst adhering to cost control measures.
1. Take full responsibility for day-to-day running of your assigned section (e.g., larder/grill/sauce/pastry etc.)
2. Prepare/cook & present dishes with great consistency in terms of taste/portioning/preparation
3. Maintain high standards of personal hygiene/kitchen cleanliness at all times during working hours
