Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our technical services team, overseeing the operational management of building and engineering services. As a Technical Services Lead, you will ensure that all maintenance and contract work meets the highest standards.
You will provide expert technical advice and support to staff, senior management, and external agencies, managing the Permit to Work system and ensuring compliance with legislative and statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of water hygiene regulations and maintenance technical issues, along with a BIFM Level 5 qualification or an Engineering Degree. A proven ability to manage maintenance teams and achieve SLAs is essential, as is strong problem-solving skills, including RCA and Fishbone analysis experience.
Familiarity with Maximo, CMMS, or equivalent asset management systems is also required, along with excellent communication and leadership skills.
A strong understanding of health & safety and environmental regulations is crucial for this role.
