What You’ll Do:
* Be the main point of contact for customers needing vehicle servicing or repairs
* Coordinate between workshop, parts, and customers to ensure smooth operations
* Provide clear, accurate service estimates and updates
* Maintain high standards in customer care, documentation, and warranty processes
What You’ll Bring:
* 2+ years’ experience as a Service Advisor (motor industry essential)
* Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills
* Experience with Drive/ Kerridge and Auto VHC (a plus!)
* Full, clean driving licence
