Lighting Product Development Expert
This is a highly rewarding role within our team, where you will have the opportunity to develop new products and work closely with manufacturers and quality control teams.
* You will assist in managing all product development projects, striving to meet deadlines and collaborate with technical teams to gather feedback.
* Daily communication with colleagues in China will be required to update and follow up on actions.
* You will review product designs and provide suggested improvements, manage product samples, and collate new product information supplied by QC and NPD China.
* Additionally, you will produce sales analysis reports, collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments, and evaluate department processes for improvement.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in Product Design, Engineering, Purchasing, or related field
