JOB SUMMARYThe Inventory control supervisor will focus on directing all the activities and employees in Inventory Control.Responsibilities:Ensuring the correct flow of materials.Organizing and supervising the work of operational employees.Setting, updating, and monitoring current needs within short‑ and long‑term demand forecasts in line with business strategy.Monitoring key performance indicators and tracking the development of long‑term improvement plans.Managing and analyzing data on warehouse statuses, implementing corrective actions, and supervising inventory activities.Participating in strengthening inventory management systems, supporting and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.Requirements:Degree qualifiedExperience in warehouse operations and in a leadership/managerial position.At least 3 years of experience leading or managingIndependence and readiness to make difficult decisions.SAP experience would be preferredVery good knowledge of MS Excel.
