Account Manager | German Speaker | Dublin (Hybrid) | €60K OTE
A fast-growing, innovative digital marketing company is looking for a German-speaking Account Manager to help businesses across Europe grow. You'll manage a high volume of accounts, work closely with advertisers, and help turn data into actionable insights to maximise campaign performance.

Responsibilities
1. Manage a portfolio of new and existing accounts, retaining and growing revenue
2. Understand partner business goals and translate data into actionable insights
3. Troubleshoot and optimise campaigns to meet advertiser objectives
4. Upsell and cross-sell to activate new opportunities within accounts
5. Collaborate with the wider sales team to maintain and grow relationships
6. Communicate new features and platform updates to clients
7. Track, analyse, and share key metrics, trends, and KPIs
8. Maintain strong relationships with advertisers, ensuring campaigns achieve their goals
Ideal Profile
9. Fluent German and strong English
10. Experience in digital advertising campaign management
11. Experience in sales or account management roles
12. Strong knowledge of online marketing trends
13. Skilled in data analysis and using insights to drive results
14. Excellent client communication and presentation skills
15. Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) and G Suite collaboration/presentation tools
16. Innovative, tech-savvy, and able to deliver creative solutions quickly
17. Team player, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
