Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled CAD/BIM Technician to join our team. This role involves modeling RC and steel structures, producing clear shop drawings and fabrication-ready details.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil, structural or multidisciplinary environments using Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, RebarCAD, CADS RC, BIM360, Trimble Connect, and Revit Structure / Navisworks.
The successful candidate will be able to interpret engineering, architectural and MEP drawings accurately and possess knowledge of industry standards such as Eurocodes, BS, ACI, ASTM, AISC, CRSI or CSA.
* Strong software skills: Proficiency in Tekla Structures, AutoCAD, RebarCAD, CADS RC, BIM360, Trimble Connect, and Revit Structure / Navisworks is essential.
* Technical expertise: Experience modeling RC and steel structures, producing clear shop drawings and fabrication-ready details is crucial.
* Attention to detail: A strong attention to detail is required for accurate interpretation of engineering, architectural and MEP drawings.
* Industry knowledge: Familiarity with industry standards such as Eurocodes, BS, ACI, ASTM, AISC, CRSI or CSA is necessary.
