From our carbon-neutral brewery in Galway, we've scaled rapidly across Ireland (+650 stores) with exciting new product launches, retail partnerships, and expansion plans for 2026.As we continue to grow and target new domestic and international markets, we're searching for an experienced, commercially driven National Account Manager to own some of our most important customer relationships and help the team reach our ambitious sales targets for 2026 and beyond.Role Overview:As National Account Manager, you will take full ownership of key retail customers, driving growth, and championing our brand in the market.Working closely with our founder, senior leadership team and sales team, you will manage the full P&L of existing key accounts and lead negotiations on securing new listings across grocery, convenience, food service and OOH.The role will have a nationwide focus, with travel to be expected to visit key customers.Key Responsibilities:Take full ownership of your customer accounts, working closely with the Sales Director to deliver sustained, profitable growth.Hold full P&L responsibility for assigned accounts.Ensure 100% visibility and consistent availability of all SKUs across your customer base.Secure new listings and execute new product launches.Effectively manage our relationship with Distribution partnersPlan and manage customer-specific pricing, including annual price increases.Drive category performance using marketing insights and commercial data.Lead promotional planning and forecasting.Coordinate merchandising and field sales execution.Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain.Support NPD launchesBuild and maintain strong customer relationships.Key Requirements:5–10 years of FMCG account management experience.Experience managing major grocery retail accounts (Musgraves, Dunness, Tesco, BWG).Existing relationships within the FMCG space you can leverage for quick wins.Highly collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.Strong negotiation and influencing skills.Ability to think strategically.Strong commercial acumen and P&L confidence.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Experience in high-growth or entrepreneurial FMCG environments.What's On Offer:Hybrid working (flexible – tbd)Salary: Competitive base with rewarding performance bonus structureHigh autonomy and ownership of major customers.A collaborative, fast-moving team environment.Impactful role in a fast-growing, mission-led drinks brand.How to Apply:Applications are accepted only through Indeed.Job Types: Full-time, Fixed termContract length: 12 monthsPay: €60,000.00-€80,000.00 per yearWork Location: Hybrid remote in Lakeview, Claregalway, CO.
