CorkJob Type: Permanent - Full timeYour new role includes:Develop innovative facade designs that align with architectural concepts and client requirements.Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.Perform detailed analysis of materials and structural components to ensure facade performance and durability.Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and specifications using CAD and BIM software.Conduct site visits to assess installation progress and resolve design‑related issues.Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.Support cost estimation, value engineering, and selection of facade systems and materials.Experience you need:A manufacturing design background is beneficial.Proven experience in facade design for commercial and residential buildings.Proficiency in CAD and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar tools.Strong knowledge of material science and structural principles related to building envelopes.Ability to interpret architectural drawings and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.Good understanding of local and international building codes and sustainability certifications.Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
