Role Description
The Supply Chain / Logistics Coordinator is responsible for supporting the efficient movement of goods throughout the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, managing shipments, and maintaining communication with vendors, carriers, and stakeholders to ensure logistics operations run effectively.
Key responsibilities include coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, preparing and maintaining shipping documents, tracking orders, and resolving any delivery or inventory-related issues. The Logistics Coordinator also supports demand planning activities, assists in maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensures compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Additionally, this role may involve analyzing logistics data, identifying process improvements, and supporting cost-optimization initiatives to enhance overall supply chain efficiency.
