This highly impactful role will work cross-functionally with teams like customer success, product, operations, systems, and sales to ultimately help establish a consistent customer journey. Come join us and help create a delightful experience for our customers.How You Will Make a DifferenceReview contract amendments and subscriptions to ensure accurate customer billingCreate high value transactions such as usage based invoices Confirm various customer billing terms and meet those criteriaMaintain a working knowledge of all standard processes to support and guide internal stakeholders as neededAssist in month, quarter, and year end close cycles by reporting accurate dataSupport in special Accounts Receivable and Accounting projectsParticipate in testing for billing improvement projectsIdentify opportunities to resolve challenges within the order to cash processesTransform workflows by putting AI at the center, building smarter systems and ways of working from the ground up.Who You Are:2-3 years of billing experience within a SaaS organisation, experience with SOX a plus.Experience in accounts receivable platforms; Stripe, Zendesk, Salesforce, NetSuite is a plus.Understanding of accounting principals.Experience supporting and testing billing system improvements.Comfortable with both following and developing process documents.Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Index Match, Sum If, etc.).You've already experimented with AI in work or personal projects, and you're excited to dive in and learn fast.
