Purpose of the Post Reporting toDirector of Care Residential ServicestheClerical Officerwill be on 12 Month fixed Term, Full time contract The clerical officer will provide high quality administrative and operational support to the Persons in Charge and Respite Manager in a busy respite environment. The successful candidate will demonstrate a professional and confident manner and be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with the respite management team. Experience and Qualifications A strong proficiency in MS Office; including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; and database management. Excellent communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills. Strong analytical, organisational and administrative skills, with proven excellent attention to detail. The ability to work both independently using own initiative and also as an effective team member as required. A flexible and adaptable approach to tasks, with a focus on continuous improvement to drive efficiency.
